• She will then discuss your requirements with you
• She will create a last for each foot to your unique measurement
• She will select the materials specifically for your commission
• She will hand embellish the leather uppers
• She will hand last and sole the shoes to an immaculate finish
• She will ensure the final fit is perfect for you
